  1. Accurately document patient encounters: The Medical Scribe will be responsible for accurately documenting patient encounters by listening and transcribing the physician's dictation in real-time.
  2. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals: The Medical Scribe will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and complete documentation of patient encounters.
  3. Assist with administrative tasks: The Medical Scribe will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing paperwork, and organizing patient records.
  4. Maintain confidentiality: The Medical Scribe must maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Closely With Physicians And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Biology, Pre-Med, Or Medical Assisting.

  • Previous Experience Working As A Medical Scribe In A Clinical Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Ability To Accurately Transcribe Physician Dictation.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Records (Emr) Systems, Such As Epic Or Cerner.
