A Minimum Of A Master's Degree In Early Childhood Education Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience Teaching In An Early Childhood Setting.
Demonstrated Expertise In Curriculum Development, Instructional Strategies, And Assessment Methods In Early Childhood Education.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Mentoring And Supervising Other Teachers.
Knowledge Of Current Research And Best Practices In Early Childhood Education, As Well As A Commitment To Continued Professional Development And Lifelong Learning.
