- Provide technical support and assistance to faculty, staff, and students across campus.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various software and hardware systems.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement solutions.

- Stay informed about university policies and procedures related to technology.
- Adhere to security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and confidentiality of university data.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.
- Assist with the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment.
- Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Act as a mentor and resource for junior support technicians.
- Stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Users.
Strong Knowledge Of Computer Hardware, Software, And Networking.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In It Support, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.
