  1. Provide technical support and assistance to faculty, staff, and students across campus.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues.
  3. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of various software and hardware systems.
  4. Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and updates.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address and resolve technical issues.
  6. Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement solutions.
  7. Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and solutions.
  8. Conduct training sessions for faculty, staff, and students to enhance their understanding and usage of technology.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve IT processes and procedures.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients.
  11. Stay informed about university policies and procedures related to technology.
  12. Adhere to security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and confidentiality of university data.
  13. Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.
  14. Assist with the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment.
  15. Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  16. Act as a mentor and resource for junior support technicians.
  17. Stay organized and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  18. Uphold the university's values and promote a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Users.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Computer Hardware, Software, And Networking.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In It Support, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
