- Stay updated with current design trends, techniques, and technology to continuously improve the design process and deliver high-quality results.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution and implementation of the design plan.
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.
- Provide guidance and support to other team members, including interns and junior designers, to promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation, including contracts, invoices, and progress reports.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the university by promoting the institution's design standards and values in all projects.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the design process to enhance efficiency, functionality, and client satisfaction.
- Take ownership of your work and deliver exceptional results that align with the university's goals and objectives.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Interior Design Or Related Field From An Accredited University.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Interior Design, Preferably In An Educational Or Institutional Setting.
Proficient In Autocad, Sketchup, And Other Design Software.
Knowledge Of Building Codes, Ada Regulations, And Sustainability Practices.
Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Effectively Convey Design Concepts.
