  1. Develop and implement comprehensive communications and marketing strategies to promote the university's brand and engage with the community.
  2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all communication channels.
  3. Create and manage content for university publications, website, social media, and other digital platforms.
  4. Oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, videos, and advertisements.
  5. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and trends in higher education marketing.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure positive coverage and increase publicity for the university.
  7. Monitor and manage the university's online reputation and respond to any negative feedback or reviews.
  8. Plan and coordinate events and campaigns to promote the university and engage with the community.
  9. Train and supervise a team of communication and marketing professionals to ensure high-quality work and adherence to brand standards.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in communication and marketing to continuously improve the university's strategies and tactics.
  11. Manage the communications and marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources.
  12. Represent the university at conferences, events, and other promotional opportunities.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to develop and maintain crisis communication plans.
  14. Measure and report on the success of communication and marketing initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
  15. Uphold the values and mission of the university in all communication and marketing efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Information And Ideas To A Diverse Audience.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Communications Or Marketing Role, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.

  • Proven Experience In Creating And Implementing Successful Marketing Campaigns, Including Digital And Traditional Media Strategies.

  • Familiarity With Higher Education Policies And Procedures, As Well As An Understanding Of The Unique Needs And Priorities Of A University Community.
