  1. Conduct clinical research studies: Perform various tasks involved in the development, implementation, and completion of clinical research studies, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  2. Collaborate with healthcare professionals: Work closely with physicians, scientists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth execution of research studies.
  3. Ensure regulatory compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of all regulatory requirements and ensure that research studies are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  4. Manage study protocols: Develop and maintain study protocols, including study design and procedures, to ensure the highest quality of research data.
  5. Collect and analyze data: Collect, organize, and analyze data using various tools and software, and assist in the interpretation of results.
  6. Maintain accurate records: Maintain thorough and accurate records of all research activities, including data, study protocols, and regulatory documents.
  7. Communicate study progress: Provide regular updates to team members and stakeholders on the progress of research studies, including any challenges or issues that arise.
  8. Monitor study participants: Monitor study participants and ensure their safety and well-being throughout the duration of the research study.
  9. Coordinate study logistics: Coordinate and schedule study visits, procedures, and tests, and ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
  10. Contribute to research publications: Assist in the preparation of research publications, including writing, editing, and reviewing manuscripts.
  11. Attend meetings and conferences: Attend team meetings, conferences, and workshops to keep up-to-date on research developments and share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
  12. Maintain confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality of all research data and participant information is maintained at all times.
  13. Adhere to ethical standards: Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines in all research activities and maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
  14. Identify and report adverse events: Monitor and report any adverse events or deviations from the study protocol to the appropriate parties.
  15. Continuously improve processes: Identify areas for improvement

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Scientific Or Medical Field, Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Nursing.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A University Or Hospital Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Ich-Gcp Guidelines.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Team Of Researchers And Healthcare Professionals.
