- Assist with the production and execution of various performances and events at the Lied Center.
- Work closely with industry professionals and learn from their expertise.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the success of each event.
- Utilize technical skills and knowledge to assist with set-up, operation, and breakdown of equipment.
- Collaborate with other members of the Technical Crew to ensure smooth and efficient execution of events.
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to enhance the overall production quality.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working with equipment and during events.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the Lied Center.
- Continuously strive to improve technical skills and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.

Knowledge Of Technical Theater Equipment: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Lighting, Sound, And Rigging Equipment Commonly Used In Theater Productions.
Experience With Stage Management: A Successful Candidate Should Have Experience With Stage Management, Including Cue Calling, Prompt Book Maintenance, And Coordinating With Other Crew Members.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Lied Center Hosts A Variety Of Events Throughout The Year, And The Student Technical Crew Will Be Expected To Work Efficiently And Effectively Under Pressure.
Strong Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Effectively With Other Crew Members, As Well As With Production Staff And Performers.
Availability For Evening And Weekend Shifts: The Lied Center Hosts Events On Evenings And Weekends, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have Availability During These Times. Flexibility With Scheduling Is Also Preferred.
