- Assist in the recruitment and selection process for the Student Hourly POOL.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and faculty.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of student applications and employment information.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for potential student employees.
- Train and onboard new student employees.
- Monitor and track student work hours and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist with planning and executing events and programs for the university community.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and faculty to address any issues or concerns.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve and enhance the Student Hourly POOL program.
- Adhere to all university policies and guidelines.
- Act as a role model and mentor for student employees, promoting professionalism and integrity.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on university policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
