Previous Experience In Law Enforcement: The University Of Kansas May Require Candidates For The Law Enforcement Role Players Job To Have Prior Experience In Law Enforcement, Whether It Be With A Local Police Department, State Agency, Or Federal Organization.
Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Procedures: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of State And Federal Laws, As Well As The Policies And Procedures That Govern Law Enforcement Activities.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Law Enforcement Role Player, The Ability To Effectively Communicate With The Training Team And Other Role Players Is Crucial. Candidates Should Be Able To Demonstrate Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
