- Maintain and update the university's IT systems, including performing upgrades, patches, and installations as needed.
- Mentor and train junior IT support technicians, providing guidance and assistance on technical issues and best practices.
- Take on more complex projects and responsibilities, such as system upgrades and implementing new technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the university's systems are up-to-date and efficient.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement solutions to improve the university's IT infrastructure.
- Provide excellent customer service to university staff, faculty, and students, ensuring their technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all IT support activities, including documenting solutions and troubleshooting steps.

Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In It Support, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge Of Various Operating Systems, Software, And Hardware.
