  1. Provide technical support to the university's IT systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, network connectivity problems, and system errors.
  2. Maintain and update the university's IT systems, including performing upgrades, patches, and installations as needed.
  3. Mentor and train junior IT support technicians, providing guidance and assistance on technical issues and best practices.
  4. Take on more complex projects and responsibilities, such as system upgrades and implementing new technologies.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the university's systems are up-to-date and efficient.
  6. Collaborate with other IT team members to develop and implement solutions to improve the university's IT infrastructure.
  7. Provide excellent customer service to university staff, faculty, and students, ensuring their technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all IT support activities, including documenting solutions and troubleshooting steps.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the university's IT systems.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve IT processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field.
