IT Analyst
Analyzes and evaluates major system enhancements/defects and works with development to prepare documentation for the proposed solutions. Analyzes the business need and review comparable technology being developed by others in the educational assessment industry. Consults with end-users to determine software or system functional specifications. Coordinates and/or collaborates with industry and higher education experts to develop system enhancement requirements in support of grants and contracts. Leads requirement discussions and iterate through proposed solutions until approval is received.
