- Prepare and conduct laboratory experiments and demonstrations.

- Assist with grading assignments, quizzes, and exams.

In-Depth Knowledge Of Biology Concepts And Principles: A Strong Understanding Of Core Biology Concepts, Including Genetics, Ecology, And Cell Biology, Is Essential For Effectively Teaching Undergraduate Students.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Teaching Assistant, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Explain Complex Concepts And Answer Students' Questions.
Experience In Teaching Or Tutoring: Previous Experience In Teaching Or Tutoring Biology, Either As A Volunteer Or In A Formal Setting, Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Demonstrates The Candidate's Ability To Effectively Convey Information To Students And Provide Support As Needed.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills: As A Teaching Assistant, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Their Own Schedule, Preparing Materials For Lab Sessions, And Grading Assignments. Therefore, Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
