Doctoral Degree In A Relevant Field Of Study, Such As Psychology, Biology, Or Chemistry.
Demonstrated Research Experience Through Publications, Conference Presentations, Or Grant Funding.
Teaching Experience At The University Level, Preferably With A Record Of Successful Student Evaluations.
Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Collaborate With Colleagues And Present Research Findings.
Ability To Secure External Funding And Manage Research Projects Independently, As Well As Mentor Graduate And Undergraduate Students.
