We are seeking a qualified and motivated PRN Rehab Technician to join our dynamic team at The University of Kansas Health System. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. We are looking for someone who has a passion for rehabilitation medicine and is dedicated to providing excellent patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent patient care in a rehabilitation setting.
  2. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure that the patient’s needs are met.
  3. Assist in setting up and conducting patient assessments.
  4. Maintain patient records and documents.
  5. Provide patient and family education on the rehabilitative process.
  6. Assist in developing treatment plans and strategies to reach rehabilitative goals.
  7. Monitor patient progress and document results.
  8. Ensure that safety protocols are followed.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Assist with clerical duties, such as scheduling appointments and filing paperwork.
