PRN Clinical Dietitian

As a PRN Clinical Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing nutrition-related assessments, counseling, and care plans for both inpatients and outpatients. Responsibilities:

1. Assess patients’ nutritional needs and develop individualized nutrition care plans
2. Provide nutrition counseling and education to inpatients and outpatients
3. Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition care plans accordingly
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
5. Document patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
6. Maintain knowledge of current nutrition trends and best practices
7. Remain current on new research in nutrition science
8. Assist with other nutrition-related tasks as needed
9. Uphold the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct
