
Patient Scheduling Representative
At The University of Kansas Health System, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated Patient Scheduling Representative who is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, answering inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient and seamless patient care. Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Answer inquiries from patients regarding appointment times, services, and other relevant information.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide efficient and seamless patient care.
- Ensure accuracy of patient records and other documentation.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with patients and other healthcare personnel.
- Take initiative in resolving any scheduling or customer service issues.
- Follow all safety and HIPAA guidelines.
- Assist in other tasks as needed.
