
Nursing Associate

Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with established standards and policies of the University of Kansas Health System.
- Monitor and assess patient needs and condition, and report to the nursing team.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem solving skills to develop care plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Demonstrate professional and compassionate nursing care to patients of diverse backgrounds.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to provide the best possible care.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to nursing practice.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
