Job Description

The University of Kansas Health System is looking for an Inventory Associate to join our dynamic team. We are a leading healthcare provider, and we need a passionate and detail-oriented individual to help us manage our inventory. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management and the ability to develop and implement efficient processes. If you have the required qualifications and are excited to help us achieve our mission of providing outstanding patient care, then we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in business or related field-At least two years of experience in inventory management-Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail-Strong communication and problem-solving skills-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities: -Maintain and track inventory levels in accordance with department procedures -Develop and implement efficient processes for inventory management -Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy -Analyze inventory data and make recommendations for improved accuracy -Collaborate with other departments to ensure inventory needs are met in a timely manner -Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels and accuracy -Research and develop new methods for inventory management -Identify and address potential issues related to inventory -Train and mentor other staff members on inventory management procedures and processes
