Guest Services Associate

The University of Kansas Health System is looking for a passionate and customer service-oriented Guest Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to guests, visitors, and patients at our hospital. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and has a strong understanding of hospitality and customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Greet visitors, guests, and patients and provide them with outstanding customer service.
2. Respond to questions and inquiries related to the hospital.
3. Assist visitors, guests, and patients with navigating the hospital and finding their way around.
4. Follow up with visitors, guests, and patients to ensure they are satisfied with their service.
5. Monitor the hospital lobby to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
6. Address any customer service issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
7. Ensure that all policies and procedures related to customer service are followed.
8. Maintain accurate records and reports of customer service activities.
9. Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to create documents, reports, and presentations.
10. Assist in other duties as assigned.
