
Consignment Analyst
The University of Kansas Health System is looking for a motivated individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to join our team as a Consignment Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our consignment accounts are managed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of consignment accounts.
- Communicate with healthcare providers to ensure proper and timely execution of consignment transactions.
- Monitor and analyze consignment account activity to identify any discrepancies or potential errors.
- Work with other team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies with consignment accounts.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to consignment accounts.
- Provide customer-oriented service to consignment customers.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments and other financial documents related to consignment accounts.
- Create and maintain reports on consignment account performance and activity.
- Research and analyze industry trends and customer needs to develop strategies for maintaining successful consignment accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to consignment accounts.
