Job Description

The University of Kansas Health System is looking for a motivated individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to join our team as a Consignment Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our consignment accounts are managed accurately and efficiently. Our ideal candidate has a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of related experience and a strong understanding of consignment accounting principles. Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of consignment accounts.
  2. Communicate with healthcare providers to ensure proper and timely execution of consignment transactions.
  3. Monitor and analyze consignment account activity to identify any discrepancies or potential errors.
  4. Work with other team members to resolve any issues or discrepancies with consignment accounts.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to consignment accounts.
  6. Provide customer-oriented service to consignment customers.
  7. Prepare and process invoices, payments and other financial documents related to consignment accounts.
  8. Create and maintain reports on consignment account performance and activity.
  9. Research and analyze industry trends and customer needs to develop strategies for maintaining successful consignment accounts.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to consignment accounts.
