Job Description

The University of Kansas Health System is looking for a Clinical Research Project Manager who is passionate about patient care and research. This role is responsible for the overall planning and execution of clinical research projects, and requires a combination of scientific knowledge, project management skills, and exceptional interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in clinical research, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a strong ability to multitask and prioritize.   1. Develop research project plans and timelines to ensure successful completion of projects.
  2. Monitor progress of clinical research projects, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  3. Manage budget, resources, and personnel for research projects.
  4. Prepare and submit documents for regulatory approval, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
  5. Coordinate with research teams to ensure data is collected accurately and efficiently.
  6. Analyze research data and present results to stakeholders.
  7. Maintain relationships with external research partners and stakeholders.
  8. Develop and implement procedures for quality assurance and risk management.
  9. Provide guidance and training to research staff.
  10. Identify areas of improvement in clinical research processes and procedures.
