Job Description

The University of Kansas Health System is looking for an experienced Clinical Performance Improvement Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in helping to increase the quality of care and patient outcomes. The successful candidate should have a passion for helping to improve patient outcomes and a proven track record of being an effective team leader.The Clinical Performance Improvement Coordinator will be responsible for developing and leading performance improvement initiatives, managing and mentoring staff, and coordinating with other departments. A successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently. The ideal candidate will also have experience in process improvement, data analysis, and project management.We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the quality of healthcare and can bring innovative ideas to our team.
