Job Description

The University of Kansas Health System is looking for a highly motivated Clinical Nurse to join our team of professionals. In this role, you will provide excellent patient care and support our healthcare team in providing the highest level of care possible. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality care and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care. We are looking for a candidate with at least two years of nursing experience in an acute care setting, current RN licensure in the state of Kansas, and a BSN degree. The ideal candidate will also have experience in patient care coordination, clinical documentation, and electronic health record management. In addition to the above qualifications, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are a must. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent patient care in accordance with the highest standards of care.
  2. Participate in patient care coordination and clinical documentation.

  6. Follow all safety regulations and protocols.
  7. Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
  8. Maintain current RN licensure in the state of Kansas.
