Job Description

The University of Kansas Health System is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is capable of multitasking, managing their own workload, and prioritizing tasks effectively. They must also have a strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We expect our Administrative Coordinator to be an integral part of our team, providing support to our administrative staff and other departments.We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: a minimum of an Associate’s degree, at least two years of administrative experience, knowledge of common office software programs, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additionally, the successful candidate must have the ability to interact professionally with faculty, staff, and students.If you possess the necessary qualifications and are looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your administrative career, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  2. Provide administrative support to staff and other departments.

  7. Interact professionally with faculty, staff, and students.

  9. Handle any other duties as assigned.
