VP, UX/UI

As a key member of the executive team, you’ll lead our UX, UI, and design teams to create compelling and user-centric experiences for our users. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the UX, UI, and design teams to create user-centric experiences for our users.
2. Set the tone for the design team and inspire them to push the boundaries of what's possible.
3. Take ownership of complex projects and possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
4. Think strategically, focusing on the big picture while also diving into the details of implementation.
5. Evaluate and optimize user experiences to ensure our products are intuitive and engaging.
6. Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other teams to ensure the successful launch of new products.
7. Mentor and guide team members, staying updated on industry trends to ensure design consistency.
8. Establish and maintain creative standards and quality assurance processes across the company.
