As a UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our platform, working closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to understand user needs and preferences.   1. Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences, using a variety of methodologies such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
  2. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to develop a deep understanding of the user experience and inform design decisions.
  3. Analyze and synthesize research findings to identify key insights and opportunities for improving the user experience.
  4. Create and maintain user personas, user journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts.
  5. Develop and execute research plans, including recruiting participants, designing research protocols, and analyzing data.
  6. Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  7. Monitor industry trends and best practices in user research, and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve our research methods and processes.
  8. Advocate for the user throughout the product development process, ensuring that user needs and preferences are considered at every stage.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize research questions and objectives.
  10. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback based on user research findings.
  11. Work closely with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts that reflect user needs and preferences.
  12. Take a data-driven approach to decision making, using both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
  13. Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders to inform future research efforts and improve the overall user experience.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on user research, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  15. Embody and promote a user-centric mindset within the organization, emphasizing the importance of user research in creating successful products.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Present Research Findings To Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Conducting User Research In A Corporate Or Agency Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Ux Research Methodologies, Such As Usability Testing, Surveys, And User Interviews.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Visualization Tools, Such As Excel, Tableau, Or Spss.
