- Execute digital media campaigns for clients, utilizing industry best practices and innovative strategies to drive performance and achieve campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and deliver exceptional results for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers and ad operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of digital media buying platforms and tools to implement and manage campaigns across multiple channels and devices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new ad products, and emerging technologies to continuously improve campaign strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide exceptional customer service, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic recommendations to achieve their goals.
- Analyze campaign data and provide regular performance reports to clients, along with actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the campaign, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Act as a subject matter expert on The Trade Desk's platform and products, providing guidance and support to clients as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for campaign expansion and upsell opportunities.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company by sharing feedback and ideas to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum 2-3 Years Of Experience In Trading, Preferably In The Digital Advertising Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Market Data.
Proficient In Using Trading Platforms And Tools Such As Dsps, Dmps, And Ad Servers.
Knowledge Of Programmatic Advertising And Understanding Of Real-Time Bidding (Rtb) Strategies.
