As a key member of our risk management department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and stability of our operations by evaluating and managing potential risks posed by third-party vendors. Conduct thorough risk assessments of third-party vendors to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework for third-party vendors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all third-party vendors comply with company policies and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate third-party vendor performance to identify any potential risks or issues.
Communicate potential risks and mitigation strategies to relevant stakeholders.
Review and analyze third-party vendor contracts and agreements to ensure they align with company standards and policies.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in third-party risk management.
Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures for the organization.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance the third-party risk management process.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any identified risks or issues.
Provide training and guidance to employees on risk management processes and procedures.
Manage and maintain a database of all third-party vendors and their associated risks.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on third-party risk management activities and outcomes.

Job Qualifications

Experience In Risk Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Background In Risk Management, Specifically In The Context Of Third Party Relationships. This Includes Knowledge Of Risk Assessment Methodologies, Due Diligence Processes, And Ongoing Monitoring And Mitigation Strategies.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: The Trade Desk Operates In A Highly Regulated Industry, And As Such, The Third Party Risk Management Analyst Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Regulations And Compliance Requirements. This Includes Knowledge Of Data Privacy Laws, Industry Standards, And Best Practices For Managing Third Party Risk.
Strong Analytical Skills: The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Identify Potential Risks Is A Crucial Aspect Of This Role. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments, Identifying Control Gaps, And Developing Risk Mitigation Strategies.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Third Party Risk Management Analyst, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Internal Stakeholders And External Vendors. Therefore, Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Essential For This Role. This Includes The Ability To Clearly Articulate Risks And Recommendations To A Wide Range Of Audiences.
Attention To Detail: This Role Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail, As Even The Smallest Oversight Can Have Significant Consequences. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Being Detail-Oriented And Able To Identify Potential Risks That Others May Overlook.
