- Manage and execute data integration projects for clients, ensuring timely and efficient integration of their data into our platform.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all technical aspects of data integrations.
- Understand client needs and provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful data integrations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, utilizing your strong communication skills and technical expertise to address any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze client requirements, and provide recommendations for data integration solutions.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot any technical issues or roadblocks during the data integration process.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their data integrations are running smoothly and address any concerns or feedback.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data integration technology, and apply this knowledge to improve our processes and services.
- Train and educate clients on our data integration processes and best practices, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify new opportunities for data integrations and support in the sales process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all data integration projects and client interactions.
- Proactively identify potential risks or challenges in data integration projects and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and optimize our data integration processes and services.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Technical Account Management Role, Preferably In The Field Of Data Integrations.
Strong Understanding Of Data Integration Processes And Technologies, Such As Api Integrations, Etl Tools, And Data Warehouses.
Proven Experience In Managing Client Relationships And Providing Technical Support For Complex Data Integration Projects.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Engineering, Data Science, And Product Management.
