As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships and providing technical support to help our clients achieve their advertising goals.   1. Manage client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all technical inquiries and support.
  2. Provide technical support: Offer technical support and troubleshooting for clients using our platform, ensuring their advertising campaigns run smoothly and effectively.
  3. Understand digital advertising landscape: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant and effective strategies for reaching their target audience.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and engineering to ensure client success and address any technical issues or concerns.
  5. Conduct trainings: Conduct trainings and demonstrations for clients on how to use our platform effectively and efficiently to achieve their advertising goals.
  6. Monitor and analyze data: Monitor client campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize results.
  7. Proactively identify and address client needs: Proactively reach out to clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to help them achieve their advertising objectives.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador: Represent The Trade Desk in a professional and knowledgeable manner, promoting our company and our platform to clients.
  9. Maintain accurate records: Ensure all client interactions and technical support are accurately documented in our systems for future reference.
  10. Continuously improve processes: Identify areas for improvement in client onboarding, training, and support processes and work with teams to implement solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Technical Background: A Technical Account Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Programmatic Advertising, Including Knowledge Of Ad-Tech Platforms, Digital Media Buying, And Data Analysis. They Should Also Have Experience In Troubleshooting Technical Issues And Providing Solutions To Clients.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Successful Technical Account Manager Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Listen To Clients' Needs And Provide Tailored Solutions To Meet Their Objectives.

  • Project Management Experience: As A Liaison Between Clients And The Technical Team, A Technical Account Manager Should Have Experience In Managing Projects And Delivering Results Within Tight Timelines. This Includes Strong Organization Skills, Attention To Detail, And The Ability To Multitask.

  • Client Relationship Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Clients. This Includes Understanding Their Business Goals And Providing Strategic Guidance To Help Them Achieve Success With The Platform.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Technical Account Manager Should Have Strong Analytical Skills To Monitor Campaign Performance, Identify Trends, And Provide Actionable Insights To Clients. They Should Also Be Able To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Provide Solutions Efficiently.
