- Understand digital advertising landscape: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant and effective strategies for reaching their target audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and engineering to ensure client success and address any technical issues or concerns.
- Conduct trainings: Conduct trainings and demonstrations for clients on how to use our platform effectively and efficiently to achieve their advertising goals.
- Monitor and analyze data: Monitor client campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize results.
- Proactively identify and address client needs: Proactively reach out to clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to help them achieve their advertising objectives.
- Act as a brand ambassador: Represent The Trade Desk in a professional and knowledgeable manner, promoting our company and our platform to clients.
- Maintain accurate records: Ensure all client interactions and technical support are accurately documented in our systems for future reference.
- Continuously improve processes: Identify areas for improvement in client onboarding, training, and support processes and work with teams to implement solutions.
Strong Technical Background: A Technical Account Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Programmatic Advertising, Including Knowledge Of Ad-Tech Platforms, Digital Media Buying, And Data Analysis. They Should Also Have Experience In Troubleshooting Technical Issues And Providing Solutions To Clients.
Excellent Communication Skills: A Successful Technical Account Manager Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Listen To Clients' Needs And Provide Tailored Solutions To Meet Their Objectives.
