As a Staff User Researcher, you will play a crucial role in understanding our users' needs and behaviors, and translating those insights into actionable recommendations for our product teams.   1. Conduct comprehensive user research to gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  2. Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for product teams to improve user experience.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered design and product development.
  4. Develop and execute user testing plans, including usability studies, surveys, and interviews.
  5. Analyze and synthesize research data to identify patterns, trends, and key insights.
  6. Create user personas, journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts to inform product development.
  7. Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure user research is integrated into product design and development.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user research to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  9. Advocate for the needs of users within the organization and champion a user-centric approach to product development.
  10. Mentor and guide junior researchers to improve their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  11. Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  12. Continuously gather feedback from users to inform product improvements and iterate on research methods.
  13. Help establish and maintain a user research roadmap and prioritize research initiatives based on business goals and user needs.
  14. Collaborate with other research teams and departments within the company to share insights and align on research goals and methods.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Conducting User Research For Digital Products, Preferably In The Advertising Or Technology Industry.

  • Proven Experience With A Variety Of Research Methods, Such As Surveys, Interviews, Usability Testing, And Data Analysis.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills To Interpret And Synthesize Research Findings Into Actionable Insights And Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Clients.
