Develop and implement cutting-edge search and recommender systems using machine learning algorithms to enhance our products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data science solutions.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in our existing systems.
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure for data processing and analysis.
Utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to develop models and algorithms for data-driven solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in search and recommender systems to continuously improve our products.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the data science team.
Communicate complex data science concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Work closely with product managers and engineers to integrate data science solutions into our products and services.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of our search and recommender systems, and make necessary improvements to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
