As a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining our data platform, which is the backbone of our real-time bidding system. Design and develop the data platform for our real-time bidding system.
Lead the development and maintenance of the data platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions.
Utilize technical expertise to implement efficient and scalable data architecture.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the data platform.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data management.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers on the team.
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices are followed.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the performance and reliability of the data platform.
Participate in agile development process, including planning, estimation, and execution of tasks.
Collaborate with product and business teams to understand and translate data requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure data security and compliance with privacy regulations.
Take ownership of the data platform and drive its continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Data Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Data Structures, Databases, And Data Warehousing Techniques. They Should Also Have Experience With Sql And Other Programming Languages Commonly Used In Data Management.
