Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support the company's business objectives.
Utilize business intelligence tools and techniques to analyze large data sets.
Develop and maintain data models and visualizations to communicate key findings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
Gather and interpret data from various sources to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and monitor key performance indicators.
Continuously monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analysis.
Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Train and mentor junior team members on business intelligence tools and techniques.
Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and identify data gaps.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of data governance policies and procedures.
Support ad hoc data requests from various departments within the company.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Data Management, And Business Intelligence.
Strong Understanding Of Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, And Data Visualization Tools.
Proficiency In Sql And Experience Working With Large Datasets.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Translate Complex Data Into Actionable Insights For Business Decisions.
