Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs.
Create and maintain data models to ensure accurate and efficient data retrieval.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and identify opportunities for improvement.
Utilize various data mining and statistical techniques to uncover insights and trends.
Communicate complex data findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
Train and support end-users on data analytics tools and processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data security and compliance.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven recommendations as needed.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Business Intelligence Or Data Analysis.
Proficiency In Sql, Excel, And Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle And Interpret Large Datasets.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Insights And Recommendations To Stakeholders.
