
Sr. Manager, People Partners

The Trade Desk is searching for a Sr. Manager, People Partners to join our People organization and help lead the charge.In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of People Partners in providing consultative support and counsel to managers and employees in a wide range of HR topics. You will work closely with the People leadership team to ensure our people strategies are aligned with our business goals.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, 7+ years of progressive HR experience, and 5+ years of experience in a people leadership role. Additionally, you must have a proven track record of leading a team and developing strong relationships with senior leaders. You should also possess knowledge of HR policies and procedures, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have an excellent understanding of employment laws.If you are looking to join a dynamic and innovative team and make an impact on our people strategies, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of People Partners in providing consultative support and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and ensure that people strategies are aligned with business goals.
- Implement and oversee HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide guidance and support to team members.
- Utilize data and metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and implementation of people strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the People leadership team on a range of strategic HR initiatives.
- Stay up to date on changing employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
