Proven Track Record Of Successfully Sourcing, Attracting, And Hiring Top Engineering Talent, Including Software Developers, Data Engineers, And Product Managers.
Strong Knowledge Of And Experience With Various Recruiting Techniques, Including Social Media, Job Boards, And Networking Events.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates At All Levels Of The Organization.
