  8. Actively contribute to the growth and development of the programmatic team by sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices.
  9. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and building relationships with potential clients.
  10. Serve as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
