
Senior Programmatic Trading Specialist
The Trade Desk is seeking a Senior Programmatic Trading Specialist to join our fast-paced and growing team. We’re looking for an experienced professional with a passion for the Programmatic Advertising space who is ready to take their career to the next level. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the success of our clients’ campaigns through strategic execution, guidance, and optimization.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Programmatic Advertising, with experience in campaign optimization, media buying, and analytics. We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills, who is comfortable working with complex data sets and analytical tools. The successful candidate should be highly motivated, organized, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you’re an enthusiastic problem-solver who’s ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment, this is the job for you!
Responsibilities:
• Drive the success of clients' campaigns through strategic execution, guidance, and optimization • Develop and execute campaign optimization strategies to maximize success • Utilize data and analytics to monitor and improve performance • Manage and optimize media buys to maximize efficiency • Work closely with other departments to ensure campaigns are delivered successfully • Monitor market trends and changes to ensure campaigns are running effectively • Analyze and report on campaign performance • Keep up to date with industry developments and stay ahead of the competition • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners • Identify areas of improvement, develop solutions, and take initiative to implement changes • Provide strategic and tactical advice to team members and clients • Provide training and support to new team members on programmatic trading and related topics
