- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to employees and management, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Lead the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing coaching and feedback.
- Manage employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and assist with the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide recommendations to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance HR processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's HR practices.
- Serve as a mentor and coach to other members of the HR team.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate open communication and promote a positive work environment.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Employee Relations, Talent Management, And Performance Management.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Employees, Managers, And Executive Leadership.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies, Procedures, And Programs That Align With Company Goals And Values.
Strong Understanding Of Employment Laws And Regulations, With The Ability To Ensure Compliance And Mitigate Risk For The Organization.
