Develop and implement security and resilience strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Oversee and manage all aspects of global security and resilience, including physical security, cybersecurity, and crisis management.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities and develop proactive solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of security and resilience measures in all business processes and operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, law enforcement, and government agencies to stay informed of industry best practices and emerging threats.
Provide guidance and support to regional security managers to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, providing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective solutions.
Serve as the main point of contact for all security and resilience-related incidents and incidents, providing timely and accurate communication to senior leadership.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in security and resilience to continuously improve the company's security posture.
Foster a culture of security awareness and ownership among employees through training and communication initiatives.
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Act as a liaison between the company and external parties, such as insurance companies, to manage security and resilience-related matters.
Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct regular drills and exercises to test and improve preparedness.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to stay informed of the latest security and resilience trends and developments.

Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Security Professionals And Developing Strategies To Mitigate Risks Across The Organization.
