1. Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures for infrastructure systems in accordance with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
2. Conduct regular audits and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities in the infrastructure.
3. Work closely with the IT and engineering teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into the design, development, and implementation of new infrastructure systems.
4. Monitor and analyze system logs and activity to identify and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.

9. Contribute to the development and maintenance of incident response plans and procedures.
10. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to security incidents outside of regular business hours as needed.
11. Mentor and train junior security team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
12. Continuously evaluate and improve our security processes and procedures to keep pace with evolving threats and technologies.
