Senior Director, Edge Academy

We’re looking for a Senior Director, Edge Academy at The Trade Desk who will be a key leader in driving the success of our Edge Academy program. This individual will have the opportunity to shape the future of our company by overseeing the development and implementation of our innovative learning programs. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a passion for education and pushing the boundaries of learning.This is a critical role that requires a highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable leading and working in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Director, Edge Academy is responsible for the development of the Academy’s curriculum, budget, and programs, and for creating the vision and strategy for the Academy.The ideal candidate has a deep knowledge of the learning and development industry and a passion for innovation and collaboration. To be successful in this role, the Senior Director, Edge Academy should have the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning & Development, or a related field• Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role• Proven track record in developing and leading learning initiatives• Experience in budgeting and strategic planning• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment• Knowledge of e-learning technologyIf you’re a creative problem solver with a passion for education, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative learning programs for Edge Academy • Create the vision and strategy for the Academy • Develop curriculum and oversee budget for Academy • Design and implement budget and strategic plans • Create and maintain key metrics to measure progress • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners • Recruit, retain, and lead a team of qualified professionals • Identify and evaluate new technologies and solutions for the Academy • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Academy • Monitor the impact of the Academy’s programs and initiatives • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the Academy
