In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics and measurement solutions to optimize our clients' advertising campaigns.   1. Develop and implement advanced analytics and measurement solutions to optimize clients' advertising campaigns.
  2. Utilize data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key business questions and data needs.
  4. Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising strategies.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital advertising measurement.
  6. Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Utilize statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and identify patterns and trends.
  8. Work with internal teams to develop and maintain data infrastructure and pipelines for efficient data processing.
  9. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
  10. Conduct ad hoc analysis and provide strategic recommendations to support business goals.
  11. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and provide data-driven solutions.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills in data analysis and measurement.
  13. Collaborate with product teams to incorporate data-driven insights into product development.
  14. Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality control measures and data validation processes.
  15. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in data analysis and measurement processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Data Analysis And Measurement Techniques: The Senior Data Scientist-Measurement Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Statistical Methods, Data Mining, And Data Visualization Techniques. They Should Also Have Experience With Various Data Analysis Tools And Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, And R.

  • Strong Background In Advertising And Digital Marketing: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Advertising Industry And The Various Metrics And Kpis Used To Measure Campaign Success. They Should Also Be Familiar With The Latest Trends And Developments In The Digital Marketing Space.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Data And Insights To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Create Visually Appealing And Informative Presentations.

  • Proven Track Record In Data-Driven Decision Making: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Using Data To Drive Business Decisions And Improve Campaign Performance. This Could Include Experience In A/B Testing, Predictive Modeling, And Data-Driven Optimization.

  • Team Leadership And Project Management Skills: The Senior Data Scientist-Measurement Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Data Scientists And Analysts. Therefore, They Should Have Experience In Managing And Mentoring A Team, As Well As Project Management Skills To Ensure Timely And Successful Completion Of Projects.
