
Senior Account Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join The Trade Desk team and lead our clients to success. This individual should have a passion for delivering results and a commitment to the highest standard of customer service. Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of proven success in account management, and a deep understanding of digital media and advertising. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of exceeding client expectations, developing strategic plans, and leading teams. Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts and develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive revenue growth by creating and executing strategic plans
- Ensure the highest standard of customer service is met at all times
- Monitor and analyze client performance and suggest improvements
- Proactively communicate with clients to keep them informed of progress and updates
- Work with internal teams to ensure client success
- Provide guidance and training to junior Account Managers
- Stay up-to-date with digital media and advertising trends and best practices
- Exceed client expectations and deliver results
