We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Strategy Director to join our team and drive the growth of our consumer packaged goods (CPG) vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building strong relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth for The Trade Desk.   1. Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth within the CPG vertical.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the CPG industry.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the CPG market.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop solutions that align with The Trade Desk's offerings.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and optimize sales performance.
  7. Represent The Trade Desk at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and services.
  8. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their sales skills and knowledge of the CPG industry.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials for the CPG vertical.
  10. Maintain a deep understanding of The Trade Desk's products and services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  11. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  12. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress to upper management.
  13. Proactively identify and address any challenges or obstacles in the sales process.
  14. Continuously seek out ways to improve and optimize sales strategies for the CPG vertical.
