
Sales Strategy Director
As the Sales Strategy Director at The Trade Desk, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy and execution for the company. You will be a key leader in the organization, working closely with the executive team and other stakeholders to develop, recommend, and execute innovative sales strategies that will drive revenue growth and meet organizational objectives. We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and proven success in driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant sales strategy and execution experience, preferably in a technology-driven company. Additionally, a successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to think strategically and analytically, and an understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to increase revenue and meet organizational objectives.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure successful execution of the sales strategy.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (clients, partners, vendors, etc.) to maximize sales potential.
- Monitor competitive activity and recommend counter strategies.
- Develop and implement creative sales incentives and programs.
- Forecast sales targets and measure performance against goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and recommend improvements.
- Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
