Job Description

The Trade Desk is seeking a highly motivated and talented Programmatic Trading Specialist to join our Digital Trading team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about digital media and loves the challenge of problem solving in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and technical skills, a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape, and excellent communication skills. If you think you have what it takes to join our team, we want to hear from you!Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Mathematics, or related field• At least 2+ years of experience in programmatic media planning/buying, digital media, or related field• Working knowledge of programmatic tools (e.g. The Trade Desk, DoubleClick, AppNexus, etc.)• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint• Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and analytically• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute programmatic media plans/buys in order to meet clients’ objectives.
  2. Utilize programmatic tools to analyze data, track performance and optimize campaigns.
  3. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of programmatic media plans/buys.
  4. Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategies and drive efficiency.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
  6. Collaborate closely with teams across the organization to ensure successful implementation and execution of programmatic media plans/buys.
  7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  8. Participate in client meetings and provide expert advice on programmatic media topics.
  9. Assist in the development of training materials and programmatic initiatives.
  10. Provide ongoing support to clients on programmatic media topics.
