  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities.
  5. Create and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  6. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and inform organizational development strategies.
  7. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to make strategic recommendations for organizational development.
  8. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  9. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  10. Act as a coach and mentor to employees, providing guidance and support for their personal and professional development.
  11. Develop and implement performance management processes to drive business results.
  12. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
  13. Communicate and promote the company's vision, values, and goals to employees.
  14. Stay informed on best practices and innovations in organizational behaviour to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  15. Act as a champion for diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Degree In Organizational Psychology Or Related Field: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Strong Educational Background In Organizational Behaviour And Psychology, Which Will Provide A Solid Foundation For Understanding And Implementing Effective Development Strategies Within The Company.

  • Proven Experience In Organizational Behaviour Development: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, With A Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Organizational Behaviour Development Programs To Improve Company Culture, Employee Engagement, And Overall Performance.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices: The Trade Desk Is A Leading Player In The Advertising Technology Industry, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Industry's Trends, Challenges, And Best Practices In Organizational Behaviour Development. This Will Enable Them To Tailor Their Strategies To The Unique Needs Of The Company.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Organizational Behaviour Development Partner, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Different Teams And Individuals Within The Organization. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential In Order To Effectively Collaborate, Build Relationships, And Influence Change.
