
Manager, Inventory Business Operations

If so, The Trade Desk is looking for a Manager, Inventory Business Operations to join our team.In this role, you will be a critical member of the Inventory Business Operations team, responsible for developing and executing initiatives that optimize our operational workflow and efficiency. You will have the opportunity to lead cross-functional projects while ensuring our inventory operations are running smoothly and our customers are receiving the highest level of service.We are looking for individuals who have a minimum of 5 years of progressive operations experience in a business setting, with a specific focus on inventory management, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong understanding of business operations and best practices, with the ability to identify and define new processes and procedures. A strong analytical mindset is essential, as you will be responsible for analyzing data and developing reports to track performance metrics.If you are a self-starter and have the drive to take ownership of projects, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute initiatives to optimize operational workflow and efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional projects related to inventory management.
- Ensure inventory operations are running smoothly and customers are receiving the highest level of service.
- Analyze data and develop reports to track performance metrics.
- Identify and define new processes and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure goals are met in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update inventory records.
- Monitor trends in the industry and recommend changes to processes as needed.
- Provide training and support to team members.
Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously
Bachelor's Degree In Business Or Related Field
Previous Experience In Inventory Management Or Similar Role
Proficiency In Excel And Other Microsoft Office Applications
